E-commerce Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, coordinating with the creative team, managing customer queries, executing influencer marketing campaigns, and ensuring smooth order processing and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordination & Communication
• Work closely with the Social Media Executive and Graphic Designer for promotions, campaigns, and content alignment.
• Collaborate with influencers to plan and execute influencer marketing strategies.
• E-commerce Operations
• Manage product listings on platforms such as Shopify and other marketplaces.
• Implement new strategies to enhance sales and improve customer experience.
• Handle customer queries and ensure timely responses.
• Procurement & Order Management
• Purchase products from local markets as per requirements.
• Prepare and pack orders accurately for dispatch.
• Coordinate with courier services for timely delivery and order tracking.

Requirements

• Prior experience in e-commerce operations will be an advantage.
• Experience in the perfume industry will be preferred.
• Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
