Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operations Assistant to support the daily operations of our online stores. This role will assist with store management, product updates, order processing, marketing activities, and overall coordination to ensure smooth and efficient e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good sense of responsibility, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations across e-commerce platforms
• Maintain product information, including listing, delisting, pricing adjustments, and inventory updates
• Process customer orders and handle after-sales inquiries to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Support planning and execution of promotions, holiday campaigns, and platform activities
• Collect and analyze operational data, prepare regular reports, and provide improvement suggestions
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery
• Research competitor activities and market trends to support optimization strategies

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in e-commerce, marketing, or related fields preferred
• Prior experience in e-commerce operations or internships is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis; experience with Canva/Photoshop is a bonus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a high sense of responsibility
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Bilingual in Chinese and English is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
