The E-Commerce Operations Coordinator ensures smooth day-to-day management of

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily order processing and ensure timely delivery

Coordinate with logistics and suppliers for stock and shipment updates

Maintain accurate product data, stock levels, and pricing on the website

Track inventory and flag shortages or delays to management

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operations and KPIs

Requirements
