The E-Commerce Operations Coordinator ensures smooth day-to-day management of webook.com e-commerce processes including order management, vendor coordination, and logistics. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational excellence and ensuring timely, accurate fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily order processing and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics and suppliers for stock and shipment updates.
- Maintain accurate product data, stock levels, and pricing on the website.
- Support customer service with order, refund, and delivery queries.
- Track inventory and flag shortages or delays to management.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operations and KPIs.
- Ensure operational workflows meet internal SLAs and quality standards.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or fulfillment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with e-commerce tools.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
