E-Commerce & Operations Executive

Product Listing & Content Management

• Create, upload, and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, Flipkart, etc.). Write accurate product descriptions, titles, and keywords for SEO optimization. Upload product images, ensure correct attributes, pricing, variations, and stock levels. Maintain product catalog accuracy and update listings based on promotions or campaign requirements.

Order Processing & Fulfilment

• Monitor daily orders across all platforms. Process orders promptly and accurately with stipulated time from delivery and dispatch commitment. Print packing slips, invoices, and shipping labels. Prepare, pack, and quality-check items before shipment. Ensure timely dispatch through courier partners or in-house delivery teams.

Delivery Coordination

• Schedule pickups with courier partners and track shipments until delivery. Resolve delivery issues such as delays, lost parcels, or customer complaints. Coordinate return/refund workflows.

Inventory Management

• Maintain real-time stock records across warehouse and platforms. Conduct routine stock checks and reconcile discrepancies. Forecast inventory needs and coordinate with procurement for restocking. Prevent stock-out and overselling situations.

Invoicing & Documentation

• Generate and manage invoices, receipts, and returns documentation. Maintain records of orders, payments, and expenses for accounting purposes. Prepare reports for sales, inventory, and operations.

Customer Service & Support

• Respond to customer inquiries, order updates, and complaints on time. Manage product Q&A and reviews to maintain good seller ratings. Ensure a smooth post-purchase experience.

Office & Administrative Operations

• Maintain files, documentation, and office supplies. Support day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow. Assist with marketing activities such as campaign uploads, discount setup, and social media coordination (if required).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,435.93 - ₹25,000.00 per month
