E-commerce Operations Executive

Job Title: E-Commerce Operations & Amazon Marketplace Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings on Amazon (uploads, updates, pricing, images, content)
• Handle order processing, invoicing, and returns
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
• Track sales performance and prepare basic MIS reports
• Manage customer queries and reviews on Amazon
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatch
• Support promotional activities, deals, and offers on marketplaces
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline

1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce / Amazon operations (preferred)

Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
