E-Commerce Operations Executive – Pharmacy Sector
Reporting To
E-Commerce Manager
Job Purpose
To manage and execute daily e-commerce operations across online delivery and aggregator platforms for pharmacy business, ensuring accurate stock availability, pricing, promotions, and performance monitoring in alignment with company strategy, regulatory requirements, and platform guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control product availability and stock accuracy across all e-commerce and aggregator platforms (e.g. Talabat, Deliveroo, Tawseel, Cari).
- Ensure all product listings, pricing, and descriptions are accurate and aligned with company pricing strategy and platform policies.
- Apply, manage, and monitor offers, promotions, and campaigns across digital platforms.
- Track and analyze daily and monthly performance indicators including sales, visibility, rankings, conversion, and operational KPIs.
- Identify performance gaps, discrepancies, or operational issues and escalate with clear analysis and recommendations.
- Maintain and update assortment lists and ensure correct product distribution across all online channels.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Purchasing, Marketing, Warehouse, IT) to ensure smooth execution and timely resolution of issues.
- Ensure full compliance with pharmacy regulations, internal policies, and platform requirements across all e-commerce operations.
- Prepare periodic performance and operational reports as required by management.
Qualifications & Experience
- University degree holder (Business, Pharmacy, Supply Chain, or related field preferred).
- Experience in e-commerce operations or online platforms is preferred.
- Experience in pharmacy, retail, FMCG, or healthcare sector is an advantage.
- Previous exposure to delivery aggregators or online marketplaces is preferred.
- Experience in Kuwait is preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (tracking, reporting, basic data analysis).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and performance data.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and operational accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
- Bilingual Arabic & English is preferred.
