Job Description

We are looking for a skilled E-Commerce Operations Executive with hands-on experience in international dropshipping and online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing Noon (Saudi Arabia) operations and US-based e-commerce / dropshipping stores.

This role focuses on managing day-to-day store operations, product handling, order processing, and performance optimization across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate e-commerce stores for US and international markets
• Handle dropshipping operations including product listing, pricing, and order fulfillment
• Manage seller accounts on marketplaces such as Noon (KSA) and other platforms
• Coordinate with suppliers for order processing and timely delivery
• Monitor store performance, sales trends, and customer feedback
• Handle customer queries and resolve order-related issues professionally
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and standards
• Maintain accurate product and order records

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience working with Noon Saudi Arabia marketplace
• Hands-on experience in US / United States e-commerce and dropshipping
• Understanding of international order fulfillment and logistics
• Experience with product research and listing optimization
• Basic knowledge of payment gateways and shipping methods
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar
• Familiarity with Amazon, Walmart, or other US marketplaces
• Knowledge of product sourcing and supplier coordination
