E-commerce Operations Executive (TikTok Shop)

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage daily operations of our TikTok Shop. This role focuses on product listing, order processing, returns, and seller center coordination. Candidates with hands-on experience in TikTok Shop or online marketplaces are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage TikTok Shop Seller Center operations
• Create and optimize product listings (titles, prices, images, variations)
• Process daily orders, cancellations, and returns
• Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages
• Maintain basic records using Excel / Google Sheets
• Ensure smooth day-to-day marketplace operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center or any online marketplace
• Understanding of e-commerce order flow
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to work onsite and manage daily tasks independently
• Good coordination and time-management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
