Job Description: E-Commerce Operations Manager

Location: Mumbai, India (On-site/Hybrid)

About Us

Inaya Accessories is a fast-growing demi-fine jewelry brand loved by 100,000+ customers worldwide. We specialize in waterproof, tarnish-free, hypoallergenic jewelry designed for everyday luxury. As we expand in India and globally (including Australia), we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee our online business operations and ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Management & SEO

  • Oversee day-to-day management of the Inaya website, ensuring smooth navigation, timely updates, and flawless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with tech/design teams to optimize UI/UX, page speed, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Manage SEO activities: keyword strategy, product page optimization, content updates, and performance tracking.

Marketplace Management

  • Manage product listings, promotions, and inventory on external marketplaces (nykaa, Myntra, Ajio, etc.).
  • Track performance, implement strategies to boost visibility, and drive sales across platforms.

Logistics & Third-Party Coordination

  • Coordinate with courier partners, warehouse teams, and logistics vendors to ensure timely order dispatches and returns.
  • Manage SLAs with third-party service providers (courier, packaging, tech, etc.).
  • Monitor delivery timelines, escalate issues, and resolve bottlenecks.

E-Commerce Operations & Timing

  • Ensure seamless order processing from placement to delivery with minimal delays.
  • Implement processes to streamline day-to-day e-commerce workflows.
  • Monitor customer journey touchpoints to reduce drop-offs and cancellations.

Product Cataloging & Inventory Management

  • Create and maintain accurate product catalogs with complete information (descriptions, images, attributes, SEO-friendly content).
  • Track and reconcile inventory across website, marketplaces, and warehouses.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong knowledge of website management, SEO, and marketplace platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with inventory management systems and logistics coordination.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
