Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day online business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth order processing, inventory management, logistics coordination, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily e-commerce operations across platforms.
• Monitor and optimize order fulfillment, inventory, and dispatch processes.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and returns handling.
• Work closely with the customer service team to resolve escalations.
• Track operational KPIs, prepare performance reports, and identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to streamline operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations management.
• Strong knowledge of order management systems, inventory handling, and logistics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
