Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee and manage our day-to-day operations across various e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling e-commerce accounts, leading operations teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth and timely execution of all online business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize operations across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.)
• Lead a team of operations executives and ensure productivity and task completion
• Coordinate with account managers and clients for order management, returns, cataloging, and inventory updates
• Track daily orders, shipments, returns, and overall fulfillment efficiency
• Maintain and improve SLA performance for all marketplaces
• Monitor and analyze sales performance; suggest strategies for growth
• Ensure listings, pricing, and content are updated and optimized
• Troubleshoot operational issues and resolve client or platform concerns in a timely manner
• Work with warehousing/logistics team to ensure on-time dispatch and delivery
• Maintain regular reporting and MIS updates for management review

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in E-commerce operations
• Strong knowledge of major Indian marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
• Proven experience in handling teams and managing client accounts
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Excel, order management systems, and ERP tools is a plus
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,875.11 - ₹49,927.89 per month
