Ecommerce Operations Manager
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in online sales management, performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), data analytics, and cross-functional coordination to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Operations Management
- Oversee and manage end-to-end online sales operations across marketplaces, brand website, and social media platforms.
- Ensure smooth product listings, pricing updates, order processing, and fulfillment coordination.
- Track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and implement strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (inventory, customer support, marketing) for seamless operations.
2. Performance Marketing & Growth
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other ad networks.
- Monitor ad budgets, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improving traffic, engagement, and sales conversion.
3. Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, ad campaign results, and marketing ROI.
- Analyze data to forecast demand, identify trends, and make data-backed recommendations.
- Manage KPIs for online sales and marketing efficiency.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in online sales operations or performance marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and eCommerce tools (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting abilities.
- Knowledge of SEO, CRM tools, and automation platforms is an added advantage.
