E-commerce Management

• Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions across marketplaces and website.
• Coordinate with design, content, and tech teams to ensure smooth website operations.
• Analyze product performance and optimize listings to improve conversion rates.

Logistics & Operations

• Oversee order fulfillment, dispatches, and last-mile delivery tracking.
• Coordinate with courier partners and warehouses for timely and accurate deliveries.
• Manage returns, replacements, and overall operational efficiency.

Customer Support

• Handle escalated customer queries and ensure resolution within timelines.
• Monitor customer satisfaction scores and implement service improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the operations team to reduce complaints and improve experience.

Performance & Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive sales.
• Monitor ROAS, CPC, and other performance metrics to ensure campaign efficiency.
• Collaborate on SEO, email marketing, and social media activities to increase visibility.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and report sales, ad performance, logistics KPIs, and customer data.
• Provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
