We are looking for a proactive Assistant Manager – Operations (E-Commerce) to manage daily e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth order processing, inventory control, and timely dispatch across online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across marketplaces (Amazon, Meesho, etc.)
  • Monitor order processing, fulfillment, dispatch, and delivery performance
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics partners, and marketplace support teams
  • Oversee inventory planning, stock reconciliation, and forecasting
  • Handle returns, RTO, refunds, and claim reconciliation
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace SOPs and policies
  • Track KPIs such as order fulfillment rate, OTIF, cancellations, and RTO%
  • Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
  • Supervise and guide operations executives

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain
  • 3–6 years of experience in E-Commerce Operations
  • Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics coordination
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Amazon FBA / Seller Flex
  • Exposure to D2C operations and OMS/WMS systems
  • Ability to manage high-volume sales events
