We are seeking an E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our direct-to-consumer stores, starting with a proven European haircare brand and expanding into additional product lines.

This role is operational and execution-focused. You will be responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly, orders are fulfilled correctly across regions (EU, UK, US), and internal teams and external partners are aligned.

This is an ideal role for someone who understands how e-commerce actually works behind the scenes and is comfortable coordinating logistics, platforms, and people.

Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Operations

  • Manage and maintain Shopify stores and related tools
  • Ensure products, pricing, promotions, and content are accurate
  • Monitor daily orders, refunds, and fulfilment status
  • Coordinate with 3PLs and fulfilment partners in Europe, UK, and US
  • Track inventory levels and flag reorders with supply chain partners

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing and creative teams to support campaigns
  • Coordinate with finance on reporting, payouts, and reconciliations
  • Support product launches and market expansions
  • Ensure smooth handover between operations and customer support

Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor store KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, fulfilment SLAs)
  • Identify operational issues and propose improvements
  • Maintain operational documentation and SOPs

Compliance & Quality

  • Support compliance with regional requirements (VAT, shipping, product handling)
  • Ensure customer experience standards are met consistently

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4+ years experience in e-commerce operations or store management
  • Strong hands-on experience with Shopify
  • Experience working with fulfilment partners and logistics
  • Comfortable managing international operations (EU/UK/US)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Experience in consumer goods, beauty, or wellness is a plus
