Role Overview

We’re seeking a results-driven E-commerce Operations Manager (For Amazon, Flipkart, Walmart and our own D2C site) to oversee the daily operations of our online store, from order fulfillment to inventory control, customer service, and platform optimization. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-focused operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including order processing, shipping, and returns, Safe-T Claim in Amazon, Flipkart, Walmart marketplace
• Manage & Improve product listings, pricing, and promotions across our online platforms.
• Coordinate with Amazon, Flipkart, Walmart warehouses (FBAs) and logistics partners to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, fulfillment times, and customer satisfaction scores, Trending Products in the same industry.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with e-commerce best practices, security standards, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support sales campaigns and launches.
• Lead management, qualifying leads from various B2B portals

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
