E-commerce Operations Manager (Female Only)

At HMZA Fuel, we are building India’s next big nutrition and supplement brand, designed for athletes, bodybuilders, and fitness lovers who demand the best from their performance. We are now looking for a dynamic, self-driven E-Commerce & Operations Manager who can take ownership of our online business growth and manage our offline operations with equal passion. Your Role

As the E-Commerce & Operations Manager at HMZA Fuel, you will:

• E-Commerce Strategy & Growth
• Manage and grow our online sales channels (Website, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.).
• Create and execute e-commerce campaigns, offers, and bundles to stay competitive.
• Work with influencers, athletes, and fitness personalities to drive sales and brand visibility.
• Monitor competitors and keep HMZA Fuel ahead in the supplement market.
• Operations & Office Management
• Oversee daily operations at the office and production unit.
• Manage product labels, packaging quality, and stock records.
• Track inventory, ensure accurate product counts, and maintain supply chain flow.
• Coordinate between production, design, and social media teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain accounts and sales records, keeping everything transparent and updated.
• Brand & Business Development
• Work closely with the founder to plan new launches, offers, and marketing ideas.
• Suggest innovative ways to grow HMZA Fuel both online and offline.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns, guiding them on how to represent the brand and convert sales.
• Ensure the business runs like a well-oiled machine, from order to delivery to customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.).
• Knowledge of digital marketing basics (SEO, performance ads, influencer marketing).
• Good with numbers and tracking — comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for stock & accounts.
• Experience in operations, inventory, or office management.
• Strong communication & leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with influencers.
• A go-getter with an entrepreneurial mindset who can take responsibility and make decisions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
