E-commerce Platform Operator

We are looking to hire an experienced E-commerce Platform Operator with strong hands-on skills in managing online marketplaces such as Amazon and Noon.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in operating e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of product listing, order processing, pricing, and promotion management
• Ability to manage inventory, customer inquiries, return/refund cases
• Familiar with advertising tools (Amazon PPC, Noon ads is a plus)
• Good command of English (both written and verbal)
• Proficient in basic office software and data reporting

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize stores on Amazon, Noon, and other platforms
• Create and update product listings, including images and descriptions
• Monitor sales performance and conduct data analysis to improve results
• Coordinate logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams
• Execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities

Preferred:

• Experience in UAE / GCC e-commerce operations is an advantage
• Knowledge of Shopify, eBay, TikTok shop, or other marketplaces is a plus

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
