Purpose

The candidate will lead the strategy, development, and execution of e-commerce products and initiatives. This role addresses the current shortage impacting the e-commerce portfolio by driving innovation, enhancing customer experience, and meeting business targets.

• • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and B2B teams to ensure seamless product integration and performance.
• • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
• • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, user engagement, and revenue growth.
• • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver e-commerce solutions on time and within budget.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree Required.
• Master’s Degree Preferred.
