E-Commerce Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Project Manager to oversee digital projects and e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless online pharmacy services and driving business growth.

1. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of e-commerce projects including website enhancements, platform integrations, and digital marketing initiatives.

2. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and regulatory compliance.

3. Drive improvements in online customer experience, order processing, payment gateways, and delivery workflows.

4. Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely completion within budget and scope.

5. Manage relationships with external vendors, technology partners, and service providers to support platform functionality and growth.

6. Ensure all e-commerce activities comply with UAE healthcare laws and pharmacy regulations.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Pharmacy, or a closely related discipline.

Professional Background

• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
• Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Salesforce or Zoho, and analytics tools including Google Analytics and Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks governing online pharmacy sales in the UAE.

Working Experience

• Minimum 3 year’s of experience in managing e-commerce projects, preferably within the retail pharmacy, healthcare etc.

Other Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools including Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
• Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex digital initiatives on time and within budget.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in the UAE with flexibility to coordinate across departments.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
