Role Overview
Century Gold is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing & Web Operations Specialist to manage and grow the company’s entire digital ecosystem. This is multi-faceted role that combines website and server management, multilingual e-commerce, advanced SEO, paid media campaigns, email and WhatsApp marketing, CRM management, and analytics. Website & Server Management
- Oversee end-to-end website functionality, ensuring uptime, performance, and security.
- Manage server-side operations including hosting environments, control panels, and configurations.
- Perform regular backups, staging deployments, and version updates to safeguard and streamline website performance.
- Configure and maintain SSL certificates, DNS records, and domain settings.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across front-end, back-end, and server layers, coordinating advanced fixes when required.
- Monitor server resources and optimize for speed, stability, and scalability.
- Apply working knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, and database queries to identify, debug, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure the website infrastructure is compliant with best practices in security, caching, and performance optimization.
- Handle website migrations, restorations, and disaster recovery in case of crashes, data loss, or plugin/theme failures.
- Manage multilingual website functionality (Arabic + English), ensuring accurate translations, proper alignment, and consistent performance across both language versions.
E-Commerce & Product Management
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle online: listing, updating, and maintaining accurate product information across the company website and external platforms (Noon, Amazon, and other POS).
- Craft compelling, SEO-optimized product descriptions and copywriting in both Arabic and English, maintaining cultural accuracy, brand tone, and consistency.
- Ensure product listings are compliant with each platform’s content, SEO, and geo-specific requirements.
- Regularly update product attributes such as pricing, stock availability, images, and metadata across all channels.
- Optimize product pages for search engines, structured data, and local geo-search to maximize discoverability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve listing errors, synchronization issues, or compliance flags across marketplaces.
- Continuously monitor competitor listings and implement strategies to improve ranking, visibility, and sales performance.
- Coordinate with design and photography teams to maintain high-quality imagery and digital assets for all product listings.
- Ensure multilingual product management across all platforms, aligning translations, formatting, and localized SEO for both Arabic and English audiences.
SEO, GEO & AEO (Organic Growth Strategy)
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy that integrates on-page, off-page, technical, and local optimization to maximize visibility and traffic.
- Conduct advanced keyword research and clustering in both Arabic and English, accounting for linguistic nuances, search intent differences, and cultural relevance.
- Implement on-page SEO enhancements including metadata optimization, internal linking architecture, schema markup, canonical tags, and content structuring for both languages.
- Optimize multilingual site architecture, ensuring proper hreflang tags, language switchers, and URL structures to avoid duplicate content issues.
- Drive off-page SEO & authority building through backlink strategies: digital PR, guest posting, partnerships, citation building, and advanced link acquisition techniques in both regional (Arabic) and global (English) domains.
- Manage geo-targeted SEO campaigns to strengthen local visibility, ensuring consistency across Google Business Profile, map listings, citations, and local directories.
- Execute AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies to capture traffic from AI-driven search (Google SGE, voice assistants, and conversational search engines) through structured data, FAQ schema, and intent-rich multilingual content.
- Perform regular audits (technical SEO, backlink profile, site speed, mobile usability, and core web vitals) with corrective action plans for long-term performance.
- Create content strategies aligned with keyword clusters, user intent, and seasonal demand in both languages, tailored for the jewelry and luxury goods market.
- Monitor and analyze ranking shifts, organic traffic, and SERP features across Arabic and English search engines, adapting strategies per audience segment.
- Apply international and multilingual SEO best practices, ensuring geo-specific targeting and compatibility with regional search trends.
- Stay ahead of evolving search algorithms, AI-driven updates, and SEO innovations, proactively adjusting strategies to safeguard and grow organic visibility.
SEM & Paid Media Management (Google Ads & Meta Ads)
- Strategize, set up, and manage end-to-end paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger).
- Design multilingual campaigns (Arabic + English) to target distinct audiences, optimize messaging, and increase relevance per market segment.
- Implement advanced audience targeting techniques: custom audiences, lookalikes, remarketing lists, affinity & in-market audiences, geo-targeted segments, and layered audience combinations.
- Utilize dynamic creative optimization (DCO) to serve personalized ad variations automatically based on user behavior, device, and engagement patterns.
- Execute advanced bidding strategies: target ROAS, tCPA, enhanced CPC, Smart Bidding, and algorithmic bid adjustments based on granular conversion data.
- Build dedicated competitor and brand defense campaigns, leveraging exact match, dynamic search ads, and responsive search ads to capture relevant search share.
- Optimize shopping campaigns with structured feeds, automated promotions, and feed rules to maximize CTR and conversion rate.
- Run YouTube campaigns with advanced targeting: custom intent audiences, placement targeting, video remarketing, and in-stream vs discovery ad optimization.
- Implement cross-platform retargeting funnels that integrate website traffic, CRM data, email lists, and social interactions to nurture leads across stages.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance via A/B testing, conversion tracking, attribution models, and detailed analytics dashboards.
- Maintain conversion tracking and tag management through Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Facebook Pixel to ensure accurate ROI measurement.
- Regularly generate actionable insights and performance reports, recommending campaign adjustments, budget reallocations, and creative optimizations.
- Stay ahead of platform innovations and algorithm changes, applying new ad formats, automation features, and beta tools to maintain competitive advantage.
Email, WhatsApp & Customer Engagement Marketing
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and other digital communication platforms.
- Develop automated workflows and drip campaigns for customer acquisition, retention, abandoned cart recovery, promotions, and product launches.
- Segment audiences using behavioral, transactional, and demographic data to deliver highly personalized and targeted messaging.
- Craft compelling multilingual content (Arabic + English) with attention to brand voice, cultural nuances, and conversion-focused copywriting.
- Implement A/B testing and multivariate testing for subject lines, messaging, timing, and design to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and conversion metrics, adjusting strategies based on data insights.
- Integrate CRM with email and messaging platforms to ensure smooth lead nurturing, customer journey tracking, and cross-platform personalization.
- Manage compliance with data protection and messaging regulations (e.g., GDPR, TCPA) across all campaigns.
- Coordinate with creative teams to produce visual assets, rich media, and interactive content that enhance engagement across channels.
- Explore emerging marketing channels and tactics, including in-app notifications, push campaigns, and SMS/WhatsApp-based promotional strategies.
Analytics & Reporting
- Design and maintain comprehensive dashboards integrating CRM, email, social media, and paid ad data.
- Track and analyze performance metrics across channels, including traffic, engagement, conversion rates, ROI, AOV, and customer acquisition cost.
- Perform advanced attribution analysis to identify high-performing campaigns, touchpoints, and conversion paths.
- Monitor SEO performance, paid campaigns, and e-commerce metrics using tools such as GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads Analytics.
- Conduct data-driven A/B testing and experiments across website, landing pages, and campaigns to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations for strategy improvements, budget allocation, and content optimization.
- Set up automated alerts, reports, and anomaly detection to quickly identify issues or opportunities across channels.
- Interpret multilingual and multi-market analytics, adjusting strategies for both Arabic and English audiences.
- Collaborate with management to translate analytics into business decisions, bridging data with marketing and sales outcomes.
