Job Title: E-commerce Project Manager (Female)

Location: Asia Pacific Trade Center, Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi
Timings: 8 PM – 5 AM (Monday – Friday)
Position: Onsite | Pick & Drop is available

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-commerce Project Manager (Female) to oversee and manage e-commerce brand operations. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, handling product sourcing and launches, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver e-commerce projects from initiation to completion.
• Oversee product sourcing, listing, and launch processes.
• Coordinate with sourcing, marketing, operations, and sales teams.
• Manage supplier and vendor relationships to ensure timely procurement and shipping.
• Track progress, timelines, and deliverables, and report to management.
• Monitor performance KPIs and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and industry best practices.
• Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in E-commerce project management is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and FBA workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Problem-solving ability and a target-driven mindset.
• Prior experience in an e-commerce environment is a plus.
