E-Commerce QA Specialist – Listings & Content Accuracy

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and process-focused E-commerce Listing QA Specialist to join our e-commerce team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the quality of product listings across major platforms such as Amazon, WooCommerce, and eBay. You’ll audit content, spot and resolve inconsistencies, and work closely with various departments to uphold the accuracy, compliance, and appeal of all listings.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough audits of product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, WooCommerce, eBay), ensuring each one meets company and platform standards.
• Identify and correct listing issues such as price mismatches, missing or low-quality images, inaccurate descriptions, and poor keyword optimization.
• Ensure content aligns with brand tone, category guidelines, and current SEO best practices.
• Conduct regular benchmarking against competitors to uncover content gaps, pricing strategies, and market trends.
• Provide structured feedback to the content and listings team to enhance future uploads.
• Work with technical teams to report bugs or issues that affect listing functionality or user experience.
• Deliver daily QA summaries highlighting issues identified, actions taken, and performance trends.
• Recommend improvements to processes, listing templates, and quality assurance workflows.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of proven experience managing and auditing e-commerce listings on Amazon, WooCommerce, eBay, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of competitor benchmarking, including pricing, availability, and content strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, or a closely related field.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow structured QA procedures.
• Comfortable using tools like Keepa, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or other e-commerce analytics platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to generate actionable insights from data.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
