E-Commerce Sales Executive

One of the leading companies in FMCG business in Turkey, we are looking for a “ E-Commerce Sales Executive ”. This position reports to Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in relevant disciplines,
• Minimum 5 years experience relevant role /sales,
• Targeting to a career in sales,
• Proficiency in English,
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office,
• Fast learner and passion for sales,
• Analytical thinking skills and a result-oriented working approach,
• For male candidates, completion or exempt of military service.

Job Description

• Identifying potential customers within the area of responsibility, preparing and executing annual customer agreements,
• Planning and implementing annual sales targets, and reporting the results monthly,
• Monitoring the sales and stocks of responsible customers, following daily order and shipment planning, and ensuring the process is carried out effectively by providing necessary coordination,
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders and customers, ensuring that product content and images are accurate and up-to-date,
• Following up on customer reconciliations and payments,
• Managing online and offline channels, creating digital marketing plans, and executing customer activities with marketing teams,
• Monitoring the current situation and competition, following the developing market, and searching for new sales opportunities,
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and management systems.
