E-Commerce Sales Manager

Job Summary

The E-Commerce Manager for the Sales Department is responsible for driving online revenue growth by managing digital sales channels, optimizing product performance, and implementing strategies that increase conversions and customer acquisition. This role focuses on achieving sales targets through effective online merchandising, pricing strategies, and performance analysis.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute e-commerce sales strategies aligned with company revenue targets
  • Monitor daily online sales performance and implement actions to improve results
  • Manage product assortment, pricing, promotions, and bundles to maximize sales
  • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing to plan campaigns that drive traffic and conversions
  • Optimize product pages for conversion (content, images, offers, upselling)
  • Track competitor pricing, promotions, and positioning
  • Forecast sales and coordinate with inventory/logistics teams
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management



Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in e-commerce or online sales management
  • Familiarity with platforms (Amazon, Talabat, Noon, etc….)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong Leadership Skills
