We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our online sales strategies, optimizing our digital presence, and driving growth across all e-commerce platforms. This role demands a blend of technological proficiency, marketing acumen, and sales insight to effectively increase our digital footfall and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Management: Maintain and optimize our e-commerce platforms, including setting up product listings, executing promotional activities, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Digital Marketing: Develop and implement effective digital campaigns across social media, email marketing, and paid search to drive traffic and sales conversions.
  • SEO Enhancement: Analyze and implement SEO strategies to maximize online visibility and search rankings.
  • Data Analytics: Monitor and analyze web traffic and buyer trends using analytics tools; generate reports and provide insights to enhance strategies.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely replenishment.
  • Customer Experience: Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring an intuitive and smooth checkout process and managing customer feedback.
  • Market Research: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and innovation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as design, IT, and logistics to execute projects efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related roles. Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, or Magento is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of digital sales funnel and online merchandising strategies.
  • Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing techniques.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles is a plus.
