Job Overview:
Oversees Hyperone's website and mobile app from a commercial perspective, managing the full commercial scope including planning, category management, digital advertising, partnerships, and marketplace operations. Leads a team of 17 members, including 5 direct reports, to drive online growth, optimize product performance, and enhance digital revenue streams
Job Responsibilities

Set Commercial strategy for Hyperone digital business to drive growth and achieve goals set by Steering Committee

Envision & Enable his/her commercial team team to deliver annual compelling commercial results

Enable the Category team to increase listing %

Agree on annual rebates/incentive programs with top vendors to enhance gross margin through annual contracts

Collaborate with vendors through different initiatives to grow their brands/products

Develop rate card for Hyperone App banners, features, SMS, etc to help vendors promote their brands/products

Develop digital strategy to achieveApp traffic goals through different digital channels such as influencers/bloggers, Affiliates or media buying with efficient ROAS

Grow Hyperone's brands in different Marketplaces and acquire share within their landscape

Develop & Maintain solid relationships with corporates to deliver their needs whether as office supplies or employees giveaways

Maintain a strong alignment and internal collaboration within E-commerce different functions to enable synergy and growth accordingly

Reviewing P&L on monthly basis and find opportunities for growth whether through new revenue streams, or less COGs

Reporting to E-commerce Director on monthly & quarterly basis detailed business results VS budgets and develop mitigation plans (if needed)
Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of overall business experience, with at least 2-3 years in e-commerce or marketplace management.

Industry Background: Experience in retail or grocery sectors is highly preferable.

Marketplace Knowledge: Previous experience managing or working with platforms such as Amazon, Jumia, Noon, or similar marketplaces is an advantage.

Languages: Excellent command of Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance.

Strategic Thinking: Strong capability to plan, execute, and align marketplace strategies with overall business goals.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and marketplace partners.
