Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-friendly individual to support daily customer service operations for our e-commerce platform. The role focuses on responding to customer inquiries, assisting with orders, and ensuring customers have a smooth shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer questions through chat, email, and phone.
- Assist customers with order status, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Coordinate with the operations/warehouse team for order updates.
- Update order details or notes in the system where required.
- Provide basic product information and guide customers during the buying process.
- Escalate complex issues to the senior team when needed.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all customer interactions.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Basic understanding of online orders, returns, and delivery processes.
- Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, email, and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Rs50,000.00 per month
