E-Commerce Specialist

We’re Hiring: E-Commerce Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and motivated E-Commerce Specialist to join our team and manage our online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage accounts on Amazon, Noon, and other online platforms.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate content and images.
• Schedule and monitor promotions, campaigns, and product visibility.
• Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure availability.
• Provide excellent customer service, respond to queries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Track account performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Amazon, Noon, or other e-commerce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of product listing, catalog management, and promotions.
• Good communication skills and ability to handle customer service effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with stock management and reporting.
