E-Commerce Specialist

• Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across Amazon, Noon, Shopify, and other platforms.
• Create, upload, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, pricing) for higher visibility and sales.
• Maintain accurate inventory across all online platforms and coordinate with fulfillment centers.
• Monitor and manage Shopify store including product uploads, collections, theme updates, promotions, discount codes, and customer checkout experience.
• Run and optimize PPC campaigns on Amazon/Noon and integrate campaigns for Shopify (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Analyze sales reports, provide insights, and prepare performance dashboards.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and supply chain teams for smooth order processing.
• Handle customer queries, returns, and issue resolution for online sales.
• Cross-functional collaboration with marketing & design for promotions, product launches, and campaigns.
