E-commerce Specialist

1. Job Opportunity: E-commerce Specialist (Amazon & Website Management)

We are looking for a motivated and skilled E-commerce Specialist to join our team and help us launch and grow our online business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central as well as website management (WordPress/WooCommerce).

This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for end-to-end e-commerce operations, from product research to sales optimization.

2. Key Responsibilities:

2.1. Amazon (Primary Focus):

a) Product research & niche analysis (identify profitable products with high demand and low competition).

b) Product sourcing (coordinate with suppliers, negotiate pricing, ensure quality standards).

c) Amazon Seller Central management (listings, keywords, inventory management, order processing).

d) Product listing optimization (SEO, titles, bullet points, images).

e) Advertisement campaign creation & management (sponsored ads, keyword targeting, budget optimization).

f) Regular reporting on sales performance, ranking, and ROI.

g) Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and best practices.

2.2. Website & Digital (Secondary Focus):

a) Build and maintain company website (WordPress/WooCommerce preferred).

b) Upload and optimize products for the website.

c) SEO optimization for organic traffic.

d) Integrate payment gateways, shipping modules, and plugins as needed.

e) Coordinate with graphic designers for product images, banners, and branding.

f) Basic social media management.

2.3. Requirements:

a) Proven experience in Amazon FBA/FBM product research, sourcing, listing, and ads management.

b) Knowledge of Amazon SEO, keyword research, and ranking strategies.

c) Familiarity with WordPress/WooCommerce website setup and management.

d) Strong understanding of e-commerce SEO, paid ads, and analytics.

e) Experience in product sourcing from platforms like Alibaba, AliExpress, or direct manufacturers.

f) Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

g) Ability to work independently and deliver results.

2.4. Preferred Skills:

a) Experience with tools like Helium10.

b) Knowledge of branding, packaging, and product launch strategies.

c) Basic Photoshop/Canva skills for image editing.

d) Experience with social media advertising (Facebook/Instagram/Tiktok ads).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

License/Certification:
