E-Commerce Specialist

We're looking for a skilled E-Commerce Specialist to join our team and help us grow our online business on Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
What You'll Do

• Manage daily operations: You'll handle all aspects of our online stores, including managing product listings, tracking inventory, processing orders and returns, and providing excellent customer service.
• Boost sales and visibility: You'll write compelling product descriptions, optimize listings for search engines (SEO), and create promotional campaigns and ads (PPC) to increase traffic and conversions.
• Analyze performance: You'll monitor sales, traffic, and other key metrics to identify trends, create performance reports, and make data-driven decisions to improve our strategy.
• Maintain account health: You'll ensure we stay compliant with all platform policies by resolving disputes and addressing any issues to prevent account suspension.

What You'll Need

• Experience: Proven experience managing online stores on platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
• Skills: Expertise in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and SEO. You should be proficient in using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, eBay Seller Hub, and Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis.
• Availability: This is a full-time, evening shift position (3 PM to 12 AM, Monday through Friday).
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
