E-Commerce Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and TikTok Commerce, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end e-commerce process — from product listing to order fulfillment and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, TikTok Commerce).
• Develop strategies to drive online sales growth and achieve monthly targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and marketplace trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product data, inventory management, and smooth order fulfillment.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and seasonal offers to maximize conversions.
• Handle pricing strategies, promotions, and product visibility optimization.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices, marketplace algorithms, and competitor activity.
• Support in expanding the brand’s online presence into new digital commerce channels.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms, preferably Amazon, Noon, and/or TikTok Commerce.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end e-commerce operations (listing, logistics, order management, and customer experience).
• Knowledge of marketplace policies, advertising tools, and campaign optimization.
• Experience in furniture and fashion (footwear/apparel) industries is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and drive actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
