Website Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the company’s e-commerce website.
- Ensure all product listings are up to date with accurate descriptions, prices, and images.
- Monitor site performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
Marketplace Operations:
- Manage and optimize listings on platforms like Amazon, Noon, and other relevant marketplaces.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure stock availability, timely order fulfilment, and accurate delivery.
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies on marketplaces.
Sales & Marketing:
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Analyze and report on sales data, customer behavior, and marketing effectiveness across platforms.
- Identify new growth opportunities and suggest initiatives to increase traffic, sales, and profitability.
Customer Experience:
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback to enhance service quality.
- Coordinate with customer service to ensure timely responses and issue resolution.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate regular performance reports for e-commerce platforms.
- Use data analytics tools to track KPIs, sales trends, and identify areas for improvement.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing e-commerce websites or online marketplaces.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Portal, etc.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, and performance marketing.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CMS systems, or design tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop) will be added advantage.
- Certification in digital marketing or e-commerce management is a plus.
