E-commerce Specialist

Job Summary:
The E-Commerce Associate supports the online operations of our Social Enterprise by managing product photography, uploading content, and maintaining accurate online listings. This role ensures our digital platforms reflect our mission while delivering a smooth shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take clear, high-quality photos of products for online listings.
• Upload and organize product images and files into Google Drive.
• Create and manage product listings through Square and other sales platforms.
• Ensure product descriptions, prices, and inventory are accurate and up to date.
• Assist with basic order management and customer inquiries as needed.
• Support the Social Enterprise team with other e-commerce tasks to improve efficiency and sales.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of Google Drive and Square (training available).
• Ability to take quality product photos (smartphone or camera).
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines.
• Passion for community service and supporting the mission of our Social Enterprise.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Projected Total Compensation: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
