As we expand our online presence, we are seeking a detail-oriented and creative E-Commerce Specialist to help drive growth in our digital sales channels.

Position Summary

The E-Commerce Specialist will manage and grow our online sales platforms, including our direct website, Amazon, and other third-party marketplaces. This role requires a blend of digital marketing, product merchandising, and data analysis skills to maximize visibility, conversion, and customer retention. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the food & beverage or CPG (consumer packaged goods) industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website & Online Store Management
  • Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and inventory across e-commerce platforms.
  • Optimize product content (images, descriptions, keywords, SEO) for maximum visibility and conversions.
  • Ensure smooth checkout, order fulfillment integration, and accurate shipping/tax settings.
  • Marketplace Management (Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
  • Manage listings, promotions, and advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor performance metrics, reviews, and competitor activity.
  • Implement strategies to increase sales and marketplace rankings.
  • Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on paid ads (Google, Meta, Amazon Ads).
  • Develop and execute e-commerce promotions, bundles, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, average order value, customer retention).
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales performance and marketing ROI.
  • Identify trends and recommend strategies for growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with production and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with customer service to address online inquiries and order issues.
  • Partner with design/marketing for creative assets and branding consistency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required with experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in food, beverage, or consumer goods.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or similar).
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and other third-party marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and email marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics and marketplace dashboards.
  • Excellent written communication and product merchandising skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
