RVLock is the leading innovator of RV security solutions, providing high-quality products to RV owners across North America. We’re seeking a skilled eCommerce professional to take ownership of our direct digital presence—driving growth through our website, paid advertising, and online promotions.

Position Overview

The eCommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing RVLock’s direct-to-consumer business via RVLock.com. This role combines hands-on management of our Shopify storefront, digital marketing campaigns, website analytics, and promotional strategy. The ideal candidate is sales oriented, data-driven and creative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Management (Shopify):
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of RVLock.com
  • Manage product listings, content updates, and site design for optimal user experience
  • Implement and test promotional banners, landing pages, and seasonal campaigns
  • Digital Marketing & Ads:
  • Develop and execute advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Optimize ad spend to maximize ROI and drive conversions
  • Monitor performance, create landing pages, run A/B tests, and adjust strategies based on analytics
  • Promotions & Sales:
  • Plan and execute online promotions, sales events, and product launches
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns and integrate with broader promotions
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze website performance, traffic sources, and conversion funnels
  • Provide regular reports with actionable insights to leadership
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition and retention
  • Design & Creative Support:
  • Collaborate on graphics, ads, and site design (basic design ability preferred, strong eye for branding required)
  • Ensure all digital assets are consistent with brand guidelines

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of eCommerce or digital marketing experience (Shopify expertise required)
  • Proven track record managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.), and eCommerce best practices
  • Proficiency in Shopify admin, apps, and integrations
  • Strong copywriting and content editing skills
  • Highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
