Job Responsibilities
- Sales & Strategy:
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and achieve revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and reach out to potential online customers.
- Prospect, negotiate, and close deals to grow the customer base and sales volume.
- E-Commerce Operations:
- Manage online store operations, including product listings, pricing, and site functionality.
- Ensure a seamless online customer experience from product browsing to purchase completion.
- Digital Marketing & Analysis:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to run digital marketing campaigns (e.g., social media, email, paid ads).
- Monitor website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
- Analyze sales and performance data to adjust strategies for better Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Provide timely and professional customer support through various online channels.
- Manage customer accounts and promote customer loyalty.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with marketing, sales, product, design, logistics, and tech teams to align goals and operations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in e-commerce sales, digital marketing, and online sales is essential.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and e-commerce analytics.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms is beneficial.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
