E-Commerce Specialist

About Us:

LeisureMod is a fast-growing USA brand in the home and furniture industry, known for delivering modern, stylish, and high-quality products across leading marketplaces. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced eCommerce Specialist to join our dynamic team and help drive our growth across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Target, Overstock, and more.

What you will do

• Manage and optimize product listings across marketplaces (Overstock, Houzz, eBay, Amazon, Temu, Faire, etc.)
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices for product titles, attributes, descriptions, and pricing
• Monitor account health, inventory health, and ensure listing compliance
• Coordinate order fulfillment workflows with warehouse/operations teams
• Run ads, promotions, and evaluate campaign performance
• Track sales performance and prepare weekly reports and presentations
• Communicate with marketplace merchandise managers and follow up on performance, promotions, and compliance
• Work cross-functionally with the Operations, customer service, and marketing teams
• Propose new strategies and ideas to increase conversions and marketplace sales

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplace accounts
• Experience with at least one major marketplace (Overstock, Houzz, Amazon, eBay, etc.)
• Strong understanding of listing optimization, merchandising, and marketplace policies
• Analytical mindset with ability to read data and act on insights
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with basic tools (Excel/Sheets, marketplace dashboards); design tools like Canva/Photoshop are a plus
