Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Vendor Management Executive to manage vendor coordination, logistics follow-ups, and operational documentation. The ideal candidate should possess strong Excel and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple vendor relationships and ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between vendors and internal teams (purchase, accounts, operations, logistics).
• Track and coordinate vendor shipments, dispatches, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely follow-ups on pending deliveries and shipments.
• Maintain documentation including POs, invoices, GRNs, and vendor records.
• Evaluate vendor performance against delivery, quality, and compliance standards.
• Generate and maintain MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Assist in onboarding new vendors and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Support cost negotiations, timeline adjustments, and vendor issue resolutions.
• Ensure full adherence to company procurement and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in vendor coordination or supply chain operations.
• Strong command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Self-driven and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
