E-commerce Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online presence in large E-commerce marketplaces, driving traffic, and increasing sales through strategic initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO, market trends, and listing optimization to enhance our brand visibility and customer engagement across multiple platforms.

Must have knowledge and experience of working with Wayfair, Home Depot, Houzz, Overstock, Bed Bath and Beyond. You will not be considered for the position if you are not experienced with at least one of these marketplaces.

Position is available immediately.

Duties

• Optimize and manage existing and new listings through SEO strategies and content optimization to improve rankings on various marketplaces.
• Insuring that all listings and products are available and visible onsite and come up in search results.
• Communicating with coworkers and management for any issues and give input on solutions and strategies to improve existing listings or fix broken ones.
• Work with different selling portals, knowing the nuances of each.
• Contacting marketplaces or representatives to fix outstanding issues and ensuring critical issues are solved.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends such as performance marketing, keyword research, and content guideline and requirement updates.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce management.
• Must have familiarity selling on the following marketplaces (You will not be considered if you do not have experience in at least one of these marketplaces):

Wayfair, Home Depot, Overstock, Bed Bath Beyond, Houzz.

• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Must be organized and able to multitask with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is a plus but not required.
• Be able to demonstrate ability to analyze data effectively to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance.
• Must be willing to perform other tasks that may not be detailed here.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
