E-Commerce Specialist

I. Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and Implement E-commerce Strategy: Create and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies aligned with overall business goals to drive online sales and improve customer engagement. This includes setting KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for traffic, conversion rates, sales, and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, analyze competitor activity, pricing, and trends, and identify growth opportunities and marketing ideas.
  • Customer Journey Optimization: Optimize the end-to-end customer journey, from lead generation and acquisition to conversion and post-purchase follow-up, ensuring a seamless and positive user experience.

II. Website & Platform Management:

  • Platform Management: Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Shopify including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
  • Website Optimization (UX/UI): Oversee website design, functionality, and user experience, ensuring it is user-friendly, responsive, and provides quick and easy access to products and transactions. This includes navigation, search functionality, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Product Listing Optimization: Create and optimize product listings, ensuring accuracy, consistency, compelling descriptions, high-quality images, and keyword optimization to enhance discoverability and conversion rates.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels across various sales channels and warehouses, implementing and optimizing strategies for forecasting, replenishment, and stock allocation to prevent stock outs and overstocking.
  • Payment & Fulfillment: Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including payment gateways and logistics partners, to ensure smooth order processing, shipping, and delivery

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
