Web & Content Executive

Overview
We are seeking a Web & Content Manager to oversee website performance, digital content strategy, and overall online brand presence. This role also includes providing internal IT support to the office team, ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations. The ideal candidate combines technical web expertise, conversion-focused content management, and practical IT troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management

  • Manage, update, and optimize website content and structure.
  • Monitor site performance, speed, and technical SEO metrics.
  • Coordinate with developers to implement improvements and resolve issues.
  • Ensure mobile responsiveness and optimal user experience.
  • Maintain product pages, landing pages, and campaign pages.

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a structured content calendar.
  • Write, edit, and publish website copy, blog articles, and product descriptions.
  • Optimize all content for SEO, including keyword research and on-page best practices.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice across digital platforms.
  • Coordinate visual assets (images, banners, videos) aligned with campaigns.

Digital Performance & Analytics

  • Track website KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate, Core Web Vitals, etc.).
  • Generate monthly performance reports with clear, actionable insights.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives to improve conversion performance.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends.

Internal IT & Technical Support

  • Provide first-line IT support for office PCs, printers, and basic network issues.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems (Windows/Mac OS).
  • Install and configure applications, email accounts, and system updates.
  • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and basic cybersecurity practices.
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors when advanced support is required.
  • Ensure regular data backups and basic IT documentation are maintained.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in web management, content management, or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience providing basic IT support in an office environment.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, analytics tools, and website performance optimization.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (Shopify, WordPress, or similar).
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS preferred.
  • Familiarity with Windows/Mac troubleshooting, printers, and network setup.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in e-commerce environment.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Familiarity with UX/UI best practices.
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity and data protection standards.
