E-Commerce Specialist – Automotive Parts

About Us:
Global Enterprises is a leading provider of automotive spare parts with a strong presence in the online marketplace. We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to manage and enhance our online sales channels, ensuring a seamless customer experience while driving digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom-built systems).
  • Coordinate inventory availability and ensure accurate stock reflection on the online portal.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor SEO strategies to increase online visibility and sales.
  • Manage PPC campaigns, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing initiatives.
  • Create and update product descriptions, specifications, and pricing for automotive spare parts.
  • Design digital content (banners, product images, and promotional graphics) using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
  • Analyze website performance through Google Analytics and optimize UI/UX for higher conversions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, procurement, IT) to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.
  • Stay updated with the latest e-commerce and digital marketing trends.

Technical Skills

  • Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems.
  • Proficiency in SEO, keyword research, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, PPC campaigns, and social media advertising.
  • Basic to intermediate graphic design skills for online content creation.
  • Understanding of web analytics, UI/UX, and conversion optimization.

Industry Knowledge

  • In-depth knowledge of automotive spare parts cataloguing and compatibility systems.
  • Experience maintaining accurate product data and pricing.
  • Understanding of customer buying behavior in the automotive aftermarket.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Effective communication in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Attention to detail and quality-driven approach.

Other Requirements

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Up-to-date with the latest e-commerce and digital marketing trends.
  • Customer-focused approach to enhance online shopping experiences.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the automotive spare parts industry or retail sector.
