Job Overview:

As the E-Commerce Manager at Active8, you will own and manage the full lifecycle of our digital retail operations—from website performance and customer acquisition to inventory sync and fulfillment coordination. You will be the digital face of the brand, responsible for delivering a seamless customer experience across web and mobile, increasing online sales, and building a scalable e-commerce structure to support our growth across the GCC and global markets.

Key Responsibilities:Website & Product Management

· Oversee daily operations of the Shopify website: performance, speed, UX/UI, product flow, and bug resolution.

· Manage all product listings: SKUs, images, descriptions, size charts, and inventory levels.

· Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to ensure seasonal campaigns, banners, and collections are accurately reflected online.

Sales & Digital Marketing

· Plan and execute growth campaigns via Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok in collaboration with the digital marketing team or agencies.

· Own email and SMS marketing strategy using Klaviyo, including welcome series, abandoned cart flows, and new product drops.

· Optimize CRO (conversion rate optimization), bounce rate, and average order value through A/B testing and funnel improvements.

Inventory, Fulfillment & Logistics

· Integrate and maintain sync between Shopify and the 3PL/warehouse system.

· Monitor stock levels and ensure smooth coordination with suppliers, manufacturers, and fulfillment partners.

· Resolve issues related to delivery, returns, or inventory mismatches.

Customer Experience & Support

· Manage customer service channels (email, live chat, WhatsApp), including support agents or VAs.

· Implement FAQ automation, chatbots, and help center updates.

· Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations directly when necessary.

Analytics & Reporting

· Track and report KPIs: sales performance, CAC, LTV, ROAS, traffic, conversion rate.

· Use Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and marketing dashboards to guide decision-making.

· Conduct competitor analysis and market trend evaluations to inform strategy.

Team Coordination & Outsourcing

· Manage communication with external freelancers or agencies (e.g. marketing, developers, support).

· Collaborate with the founder, marketing, and design teams on launch plans, new collections, and content requirements.

· Hire and oversee part-time or remote staff (VAs, support reps, logistics coordinators).

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

· 3–5 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms (ideally fashion, lifestyle, or activewear).

· Proficiency in Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.

· Strong analytical mindset and excellent organizational skills.

· Knowledge of e-commerce logistics and fulfillment, especially within the Qatar/GCC region.

· Experience working with remote or hybrid teams.

Preferred Skills:

· Knowledge of influencer marketing platforms or affiliate tools.

· Experience with performance tracking tools like Hotjar or Lucky Orange.

· Basic HTML/CSS or Shopify Liquid experience is a plus.
