Position Overview

Our prestigious organization in the capital, Abu Dhabi, is seeking to attract a specialized professional to fill the position of E-commerce Store Manager who possesses a balanced mix of technical and administrative skills. The successful candidate will assume full responsibility for overseeing our digital commercial platform, ensuring its operational efficiency, while continuously working to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates and sales.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Comprehensive management of the website and regular updating of its content
• Supervision of digital inventory management and ensuring accuracy of product information and availability
• Professional handling of the Shopify platform and customization of user interfaces to improve engagement and conversion rates
• Implementing necessary programming modifications and continuously improving website performance
• Activating and managing Odoo system integration with the e-commerce store to ensure data synchronization
• Efficiently following up and processing customer orders, from the moment of order placement until final delivery
• Applying search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and monitoring key performance indicators
• Preparing and presenting periodic analytical reports on store performance, conversion rates, and sales statistics
• Continuous coordination with the marketing team to effectively implement promotional campaigns and seasonal offers
• Suggesting and implementing continuous improvements to the platform to increase customer retention rates

Qualifications and Requirements

• Documented practical experience in managing e-commerce platforms and stores
• In-depth knowledge of Shopify platform, its various tools and supporting applications
• Proficiency in e-commerce inventory management, organizing product categories, and optimizing their display
• Familiarity with Odoo system and its applications in an e-commerce environment (competitive advantage)
• Technical skills in basic programming languages HTML/CSS/JavaScript and understanding of website structure
• Advanced knowledge of the fundamentals and principles of search engine optimization and increasing digital visibility
• Outstanding organizational capabilities and skill in efficiently managing priorities and multiple tasks
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines

Job Details and Benefits

• Monthly salary: Ranges between 2,500 - 3,000 UAE Dirhams (determined according to level of experience and competency)
• Work schedule: Full-time, 8 hours daily, 6 days per week
