Key Responsibilities1. Operations Management
- Oversee daily e-commerce activities including order processing, shipping coordination, returns, and cancellations.
- Manage product uploads, updates, and catalog accuracy (pricing, descriptions, images, etc.).
- QC for listed items by individual sellers and making sure that it follow all guidelines.
- Ensure smooth authentication flow for luxury items.
- Coordinate with logistics partners (e.g., DHL, Aramex) to ensure timely deliveries and resolve shipping issues, and Customs clearance processes are followed.
- Manage Development Operations and coordination with different teams ( Web - Apps - Backend )
- QA for Apps and Website before giving the green light to release.
- Prioritize Development based on how critical it is.
2. Seller Management
- Onboard new sellers and guide them through product listing policies.
- Monitor seller performance and ensure compliance with platform standards.
- Act as a liaison between sellers and internal teams for problem-solving.
3. Customer Service
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly via email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Work closely with the authentication and logistics teams to provide real-time updates to customers.
- Implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Reporting & Analytics
- Generate daily and weekly operational reports (orders, returns, inventory, seller activity).
- Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
- Track KPIs such as order fulfillment time, return rates, and seller performance metrics.
5. Marketing Support
- Support marketing campaigns by coordinating product promotions and discounts.
- Ensure accurate execution of campaign timelines and featured product listings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve customer experience during peak seasons.
QualificationsEducation & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management, ideally within fashion or retail.
- Familiarity with luxury fashion brands and products is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and data management.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is a plus.
- Experience with logistics platforms like DHL, Aramex, etc., preferred.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail with a customer-first mindset.
Compensation & Benefits
