Job Title: CSR for e-commerce Operations

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented eBay Assistant – Operations to support day-to-day activities of our eBay store. The role focuses on product listings, order processing, shipment tracking, customer communication, and handling returns and cases while maintaining strong account performance.

Responsibilities:

Create, update, and manage product listings on eBay

Process customer orders accurately and on time

Upload and monitor shipment tracking details

Respond to customer messages professionally and within required timeframes

Manage customer feedback and follow up where necessary

Handle return requests and refund processing according to company guidelines

Assist in resolving eBay cases and customer disputes

Monitor account performance metrics and ensure compliance with eBay standards

Maintain organized records related to orders, messages, and cases

Requirements:

Prior experience with eBay account operations is preferred

Strong written English communication skills

Good attention to detail and time management

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Basic computer skills and familiarity with online marketplaces

Problem-solving mindset and customer-focused approach
