Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi (Preference for residents of Bahria, DHA, Askari 14, or nearby areas)

Responsibilities

• Communicate with US-based clients (hospitals, clinics, and doctors) via portals, phone, and email to resolve issues.
• Work with internal teams to solve client problems and improve software.
• Ensure quality checks for client requests and software updates.

Qualifications/Skills

• A bachelor's degree (Preferably BBA/IT) from a reputable university
• Punctuality is a must.
• Excellent communication skills are needed.
• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply

Timings

• 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM (Summers)
• 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Winters)
